As of 2024, some races are on a Saturday, so removed the hardcoded "Sunday" in dates and replace with a dynamically determined DoW value.

Modified betting page so that the internal DNS (Did Not Start) code can be used to remove a driver from the betting pool ahead of time when it is known in advance that he will not start the race and will not be replaced.
